Cupcakes

Welcome to the home of amazing cupcake recipes! Every recipe here is homemade and you’ll find no boxed cake mixes; I am a huge believer in from-scratch baking.

I’ve developed many fantastic classics, like my vanilla and chocolate cupcake recipes. Both have been tested by bakers around the world and are used at bakeries worldwide. (They can also both be easily turned into cakes; see my vanilla cake to learn how to do this.)

My strawberry, peanut butter, tiramisu, lemon, and banana cupcakes are always crowd-pleasing treats and they’re good starting points for exploring this site.

If you’re interested in making smaller cupcakes, my post on how to convert a cupcake recipe to mini cupcakes walks you through everything you need to know.

Finally, my post teaching how to make cupcakes and troubleshoot problems is a great place to start if you’re new to baking cupcakes.
