Remove from the heat and pour into two mugs, discarding any cinnamon sludge from the bottom of the pot.
Dust the tops of each mug with a little cinnamon.
Serve immediately.

You can experiment with other sweeteners for this drink. Try honey, agave, maple syrup, or white sugar.If you like your milk very frothy, whisk rapidly just before pouring into your mugs or use a milk frother.
