Warm Milk and Honey
Warm milk and honey is the perfect drink for when you have a cold. My mom used to give it to me when I had a sore throat or a cough and it was so comforting.

- 1 mug of milk
- about 1 tablespoon honey
If you want to to make this drink more complex, try adding cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and or cloves.
You can also use a frother to make the milk foamy and fancy looking like they do at coffee shops.
