I highly recommend using homemade Spam, sliced thinly

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Heat a small skillet on medium heat.
Add Spam and brown sugar.
When the brown sugar starts to melt, stir to coat all of the Spam.
Pour brown sugar coated Spam onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a
Silpat
.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Bring to room temperature.
Chop into small pieces.
