Peanut Butter Dog Treats

These are a fun treat for your dog or to give as a gift.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a blender, mix milk and peanut butter until you have a smooth liquid.
  • Blend in egg.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix flour and oats.
  • Using a wooden spoon, mix wet ingredients into flour/oats until you have a heavy dough.
  • Roll out dough about 1/4 " thick on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut into dog bone shapes (or any shape you'd like).
  • Place biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.

Notes

Make sure that your peanut butter does not contain xylitol - it is toxic for dogs.
