Sinless Smooth and Sweet Dairy-Free Chocolate Frosting

To create this Nutella-like frosting that's light, decadent, sinless, and vegan-friendly, simply soak cashews overnight to soften them, then blend the cashews with water, a touch of brown sugar, and cocoa powder.

  • 3 cups unsalted cashews soaked overnight in a bowl of water
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

The frosting is not overly stiff. If you prefer a stiffer frosting, use less water.
