Cupcake Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Mix in eggs, tamarind, and vinegar.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Place heart-shaped silicone
cupcake liners
on a cookie sheet and fill 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until cupcakes bounce back when lightly touched.
Lemon Glaze Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and spread onto cooled cupcakes.
