Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, mix oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs, champagne, orange juice, and butter.
Add egg mixture to oat mixture and stir to combine.
Pour into greased 9" x 9" casserole dish.
Sprinkle orange zest over the top of the dish.
Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
