I used a medium spice Habanero salsa

add it in slowly and keep tasting until you get the level of spice you are comfortable with

Cupcake Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and cocoa. Mix in the butter.
Add the salsa, beating 3 minutes with an electric mixer. Next beat in the eggs and water, beating another 3 minutes.
Line up Tostitos Scoops on a baking sheet.
Fill each scoop with 3/4 t of batter.
Bake for 10-15 (until toothpick comes out clean).
