    First stop, I think I’d try a shortbread. My mother loves shortbread and will only let herself eat it around the holidays. :) I’d like to be the one that makes it.

  14. I make at least a dozen different cookies over the holidays! I make some type of spritz and am in need of a new cookie press! I also always make these wonderful little cream filled sandwhich cookies and different types of thumbprint cookies as well as cut outs and tassies!

    I would make every GF/CF cookie imaginable. There’s not a whole lot of choice out there for anything other than standard cookies for my allergy kids. So, I would make them all of the fun, fancy stuff that we can’t buy at the bakery.

    I would make my annual sugar and gingerbread cookies with my siblings! We have so much fun decorating them while watching Christmas movies.     Oh man… There are so many options. Classic chocolate chip or m&m would be great, sugar cookies decorated for the season would be fun… but I would probably make pumpkin cookies for my sister. They are her favorite.

    I would make lace cookies, a family favorite. They are almost like a thin layer of brittle, it is basically sugar flour and coconut so the coconut makes a super cute lace pattern- hence the name.
