Whisk together your dry ingredients – flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the sugar, sweet potato puree, and eggs until smooth. Add in the oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Add wet to dry, stir until just combined, then fill cupcake liners 3/4 full. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Attach mini marshmallows to the top of your cupcakes. Broil for 3 minutes, until golden brown.
