Do you remember when no party was complete without a jello mold, usually with something unidentifiable floating inside? If you are a millennial and you missed this moment in time, be thankful. Jello molds don’t have to be scary.
To celebrate the release of Better Homes and Gardens’s new party magazine, Get Together, I’m joining them for a vintage-inspired #bhgparty. My party dish is a modern and super fun peanut butter and jelly jello mold!
I sandwiched grape jello (made using real Concord grape juice) between two layers of peanut butter jello (it tastes like peanut butter and it jiggles like jello – mind blown!) to create the ultimate PB&J sandwich!
PB&J Jello is perfect party food or a surprise after-school snack!
Before I leave you with the recipe, I want to let you know that you can download the vintage inspired recipe cards shown below from Better Homes and Gardens. Just please don’t try to follow the recipe on the card in the photo – I ended up changing it and having to write up a new one after the photo was taken.
