To create this Nutella-like frosting that’s light, decadent, sinless, and vegan-friendly, simply soak cashews overnight to soften them, then blend the cashews with water, a touch of brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Watch out: once you try it, this dairy-free frosting might permanently overthrow your current chocolate buttercream to become your new favorite frosting.
