Red Hot Cupcakes


  • See the Ultimate Vanilla Cupcake recipe ingredients (use all ingredients except the vanilla bean and vanilla extract)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon extract
  • Whipped cream, to taste


  1. Follow instructions for the Ultimate Vanilla Cupcake, but leave out the vanilla bean, and replace the vanilla extract with cinnamon extract.
  2. Top cooled cupcakes with whipped cream. You are going to need a cool, refreshing topping to balance the heat.
