    First stop, I think I’d try a shortbread. My mother loves shortbread and will only let herself eat it around the holidays. :) I’d like to be the one that makes it.

    Actually your cardamom orange brown butter spritz cookies sound delicious-I’m a big cardamom fan. And with the silicon mat, I think I’d finally try my hand at macarons.

    I make at least a dozen different cookies over the holidays! I make some type of spritz and am in need of a new cookie press! I also always make these wonderful little cream filled sandwhich cookies and different types of thumbprint cookies as well as cut outs and tassies!

    I would make every GF/CF cookie imaginable. There’s not a whole lot of choice out there for anything other than standard cookies for my allergy kids. So, I would make them all of the fun, fancy stuff that we can’t buy at the bakery.

    My mom always made these Jello cookies using the cookie press. I have the recipe but I don’t have a cookie press. I would love to make these cookies in memory of her. It’s been a long time since I’ve had them. Oh I love how Christmas Cookie baking brings back the childhood memories. :)

    I would make my eggless custard powder jam cookie. My 3 yr old just loves them.

    How come the compition is open only for US residents? There are people from all over the world following your blog, its a bit unfair to them….. :(

    What if i give a us address for shipment…. will that do?

      I know. :( I’m sorry, it’s a requirement from Pampered Chef. I think a US shipping address would be fine, but I’d have to check with them.

    I have always wanted to try a cookie press ~. I would try some sort of vanilla bean cookie :) I love making up cookie plates for family and friends, they are a great way to spread holiday cheer :)

    I remember making spritz cookies as a child, with mom’s metal press, even had a mini child’s one….Oh the memories!! I would love to make them again, or try the thumbprint cookies on the Pampered Chef website! :-)

    I would make my annual sugar and gingerbread cookies with my siblings! We have so much fun decorating them while watching Christmas movies. We give them away to friends and neighbors but save some to eat on Christmas Eve with a glass of eggnog! :) With the new cookie press, I might even throw in a batch of butter cookies.

    I love making shortbread in a cookie press. I’ve done it once before, and they were incredible – perfectly short, and they popped apart into perfect melt-in-your-mouth pieces!

    Oh man… There are so many options. Classic chocolate chip or m&m would be great, sugar cookies decorated for the season would be fun… but I would probably make pumpkin cookies for my sister. They are her favorite.

    I would make lace cookies, a family favorite. They are almost like a thin layer of brittle, it is basically sugar flour and coconut so the coconut makes a super cute lace pattern- hence the name.

    I love shortbread cookies. They remind me of the hundreds of cookies my Mom would crank out at Christmas. Literally crank…her press was something you turned and turned and turned. But the shortbread she made was so light and fluffy! Love them.

    Id love to try making spritz cookies, I never have but love eating them! The scrapers would get used heavily, for all my baking and holiday cooking, as well as the baking mat. I’d make meringues first, and then make try my hand at making spritz.
