well i am planning on making your green velvet cupcakes so i won't say that as my answer. rather, i would make a nice rich chocolate cupcake, place the cup in the middle filled with a mix of pureed strawberries, then top the entire thing with white chocolate ganache(even the top of the cup) so that it would be a play on a tuxedo strawberry.

OMG, drool. I worked at Godiva and enjoyed their liqueur truffles so much. I think I'd have to find a truffle recipe and fill them with yummy goodness.

Or, failing that, I'd just gobble them all up when no one is looking.

I would say that if you do the cupcakes, take normal glass shot glasses and grease them and put them in the batter, then pull it out and replace it with these.

I would make Guinness Stout cake, take pieces and roll them into cake balls. Fill the very bottom with bailey's irish cream and then plug the end with the cake ball (like a tiny ice cream cone). Dip the top in dark chocolate ganache and then a tiny swirl of chocolate mousse.

Liz said...
