Apple cinnamon ravioli would be a great dessert. You could pan fry them and serve them with ice cream or boil them like regular ravioli and serve them with a drizzle of honey and some fresh whipped cream, or (of course) you could deep fry them and put them on toasted ravioli cupcakes!
How to Make Apple Cinnamon Ravioli
Ingredients
- 4 small apples (1 lb 4 oz), chopped finely
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 C honey
- 1 t lemon rind
- 1 t cinnamon
Filling Ingredients
Instructions
- Make the ravioli noodles however you like to do it (read my post on how to make ravioli if you don't know how).
- Mix all the filling recipe ingredients together and try not to eat it all before it makes its way into the ravioli.
