Apple cinnamon ravioli would be a great dessert. You could pan fry them and serve them with ice cream or boil them like regular ravioli and serve them with a drizzle of honey and some fresh whipped cream, or (of course) you could deep fry them and put them on toasted ravioli cupcakes!

How to Make Apple Cinnamon Ravioli

Apple Cinnamon Ravioli

Ingredients

    Filling Ingredients
  • 4 small apples (1 lb 4 oz), chopped finely
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 1 t lemon rind
  • 1 t cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make the ravioli noodles however you like to do it (read my post on how to make ravioli if you don't know how).
  2. Mix all the filling recipe ingredients together and try not to eat it all before it makes its way into the ravioli.
